Steps to cancel…

More than 14 Days Before the Event: If you cancel your order more than 14 days before the event (tents must be canceled 6 weeks prior to your event), you will receive a full refund of any payments made.

7 to 14 Days Before the Event: If you cancel 7 to 14 days before the event, 50% of the total payment will be refunded, minus the non-refundable 25% deposit.

Less than 7 Days Before the Event: If you cancel less than 7 days before the event, no refund will be issued.

Rescheduling: You may reschedule your event up to 10 days before the original event date without penalty, subject to availability. Note a fee up to 25% of the total booking cost could apply.

Weather Policy: If the event is canceled due to severe weather conditions, you may reschedule without penalty, subject to availability. You must notify Offbeat Party Rental 24 hours prior to the event. No refund will be issued on any weather rescheduled events.
